Introduction
Simple recipe I decided to attempt which worked really well. Used my George Forman Grill to cook the pieces. Made 2 wraps out of this! Worth the effort. Ingredients
-
2.5 Chicken Breast
6 tbsp Tzatziki
1.5 tbsp Olive oil
1 Large Onions
1.5 Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon rind
0.5 tsp Salt
Dash Black Pepper
2-3 tbsp Oregano
Directions
Cut chicken into small cubes
Blend all ingredients to create Marinade (excluding Tzatziki).
Place chicken into suitable container, add marinade and shake/mix throughly. Leave in fridge/side for at least 30 minutes.
Once marinated, switch on grilling machine and pre-heat. Do not discard remaining marinade. Alternative cooking method is using skewers and grilling on a bbq/in the oven.
Cook for roughly 5 minutes in George Forman Grill, change cooking times if cooked in oven/bbq.
Once grilled, place in a pot/pan and add the remaining marinade, as well as the tzatziki, and cook on medium/low heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Serve in a wrap/pitta bread and enjoy!
