Ingredients

    Pure Virgin Olive Oil
Top Sirloin - about .5 lb
    Cumin
    Pepper
    Paprika
    Seasonall - Lawry's
    1 - fresh garlic clove
    1-Onion
    1-Jalapeno
    .5 - Red Bell pepper
    1 cup Mushrooms
1 - cup cooked Pinto Beans
1 - cup Sweet yellow canned Corn
    2 - Flour Tortillas

Directions

Bring the Olive Oil to a good frying temperature on medium heat in a 12" sauce pan. Slice the beef into small Fajita-like strips and throw them in the oil. Throw the onions, peppers and spices to the taste in as well. Save the mushrooms for last. Stir often so as to not let them stick or burn. The meat will be done whenever the onions and the peppers are done. Once the pepeprs are soft, then you add the mushrooms. Leave on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Warm up the Pinto Beans and Corn in an other pan or pot along with the tortillas. Serve all on one plate and enjoy.
