    I package chicken breast
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed
    2 tbsp Wheat Germ
    1.5 Cup mozzerella Cheese
    Parmesean Cheese
    Your choice box of pasta


(You can make your chicken your way, I used the slow cooker today....)

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine spaghetti sauce and wheat germ and flaxseed together. Pour over chicken. Cook for about 4 hours (mixing on occasion).

Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to box.

Take chicken out of cooker and cut into bite size pieces. Mix with pasta, then add sauce on top of chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20-30 min. (I baked mine at 400). Enjoy!
