Super Fast Cheesecake Super Fast Cheesecake
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2-Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
    1-Can Comstock Lemon Pie Filling (you can use any you want really, cherry, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, what ever, even fresh or frozen fruit will work)
    1- 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese softened
    1- 8 oz pkg Sour Cream
    1- 8 oz pkg Cool Whip
    1- TBLS Lemon juice (only if you use lemon filling)
    1/2 Cup sugar

Directions

Combine cream cheese with sugar and lemon juice until smooth, add sour cream, mix well.

Let chill about 1 hour (I don't, but it's up to you)
Stir in Cool Whip
Divide into pie crusts evenly, pop into fridge for a hour or more.
Then spread pie filling on top (or what ever you use instead) of each pie, chill till firm.

This recipe is super fast to make, it's just the chilling before adding the pie filling and waiting for it to firm up what takes the most time.

I may not have the label right on the Comstock Pie Filling, I didn't have one here at home to go by that was lemon and couldn't find one on the internet anywhere. So you may want to check first if you are watching really close on your calorie intake.

    I didn't eat this but my husband did...he said in a pinch for people who don't cook, it's pretty good. He liked the black raspberry filling - 8/14/07
