Ingredients

    1 lb roast beef, cut into bite sized pieces (1.13 used in recipe)
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can mushroom pieces
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 cup brown rice
    2 cubes beef broth with 2 cups water
    1 cup frozen peas
    1/2 tsp pepper
    2 tbs dried parsley
    1 cup water

Directions

Saute beef in pan until browned and mostly cooked. Add garlic and beef broth, simmer about an hour. Add remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
