    3/4 cup soft tofu
    1/4 cup applesauce (as sweetener)
    3 cups soy milk
    1/4 almonds
    cinnamon to flavor

    Very Good
    I made this last night and served it to my kids this morning. It was creamy and delicious. My kids loved it too and asked that I make it again. They didn't even ask about the ingredients ;) - 8/28/07
