Ingredients

    CHICKEN:
    4 skinless chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
    4 slices reduced fat provolone cheese
    1/2 cup Ragu (Onions & Roasted Garlic)
    1 TBS light olive oil
    Ground Oregano
    Salt, pepper and onion powder to taste
    PASTA:
    4 oz whole wheat pasta
    1/2 cup Ragu (Onions & Roasted Garlic)
    GARLIC BREAD:
    4 slices village heart 12 grain
    4 TBS light butter
    1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
    Garlic powder

Directions

-Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
-Heat skillet with 1tbs olive oil
-Cook chicken till done and transfer to a baking dish.
-cover each chicken breast with 1/8c Ragu Sauce, 1 slice of cheese and dashes of herbs.
-bake in oven, broiler or regular oven till cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Pasta:
Make as directed.
Garlic Bread:
Spread butter on bread slices and sprinkle with garlic powder. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and toast in toaster oven/broiler.
