Ingredients

Zucchini, 4 to 6 cups, cubed bite size
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can
Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Stove Top Stuffing Mix, Chicken Flavor, whole box
    Butter, 1/2 cup

Directions

Set one cup of the stuffing mix aside for topping. Mix the stuffing mix and butter and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 baking pan. Cut zucchini into bite size pieces and load up the pan. Don't be stingy. Layer the sour cream and soup and cheese. Top with extra stuffing mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes so the chucks are done.

Makes 12 1/2 cup servings unless you really add a lot of zucchini, the servings will be a little bigger but the calories will not be much more since zucchini have such few calories.
