Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups non fat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup Vidalia onion grated
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1/8 tsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp chopped chives
    1 tbsp parsley chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for few hours, serve with whole wheat crackers or baked chips. Makes 16, 1 oz servings
