Ingredients

    3lbs Ground Beef, 93% lean
    2 TBSP Mint, chopped
    1/2 cup White Rice
    1 TBSP Flour
    1/4 cup Liquid Egg Beaters
    1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
    1 can Tomato Sauce
    5lbs Potatoes, cut into pieces
    7 whole Carrots, cut into pieces
    2 Zucchinis, cut into pieces
    1 medium Yellow Onion, cut in half
    40oz Water


Directions

Boil rice in water for approximately 10 minutes.

Combine ground beef, chopped mint, flour, egg and rice. Make meatballs. Size of meatballs at your discretion.

In large pot, add water and meatballs. Boil until meat is cooked thoroughly. Add cut potatoes, carrots, zucchinis, onion and tomato sauce.

Simmer for two hours.

Makes 15 servings.
