Ingredients

    1 lb. linguine (or any pasta)
    3-4 cloves of garlic
    4-5 tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
2. Saute the garlic in olive oil until tender.
3. Toss linguine with the garlic, olive oil and parmesan cheese. If necessary, add a little more olive oil.
4. Serve with red pepper flakes for an extra kick.

    Incredible!
    I made this for the first time last week. It was amazing and, surprisingly, it held up well as a leftover the next day. I used extra garlic, added red pepper flakes, chives, black pepper, and prawns. Super easy to make. I will do it again soon! - 9/12/12
