Ingredients

12 oz. 96% Lean Ground Beef
1 C. Frozen Corn Kernels
1 C. Canned or Frozen Peas
1/2 C. Chopped Onion
3 tsp. Minced Garlic
2 C. Diced Potatoes
1/2 C. Skim Milk
3 tsp. Kernel Season's Popcorn Seasoning- Parmesan & Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place potatoes in a pot and cover with water. Boil until tender. Drain, add milk, Parmesan & Garlic Seasoning and salt and pepper to taste and mash. Meanwhile warm an oven safe skillet over medium high heat; swirl in the olive oil. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until ground beef is no longer pink. Whisk together the gravy mix and water. Add to pan and cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and add corn and peas. Spread potatoes in a circle around the pan and spritz with the butter spray. Place in the oven and bake until hot and bubbley.
If you do not have an oven safe pan, you can place the ground beef mixture in a casserole dish when it is cooked through.
