    1 lb ground turkey
    green pepper

    diced, canned tomatoes (1 can)
    2 cans beans (red, white, black, whatever...)
    22 oz low sodium v8
    chili powder


saute the onion, pepper and turkey until fully cooked.

throw everything in a crock pot (drain the beans, not the tomatoes). I normally cook on low 8 hrs. the longer the better....
