Ingredients

    I medium cooked, mashed butternut squash
    1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
    2 Tbls. I Cant Believe Its Not Butter Kight
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Slice 1/2 opening down side of squash. Place in microwave, turning as needed. Cook until tender. Open squash, remove seeds and outer skin. Mash with butter, syrup and salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 4 3/4 cup servings.
