    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    Spaghetti Squash, 5 cup (remove)


saute onions & garlic in olive oil add tomatoes (1 can) and basil/italian seasoning.
Place on top of cooked spaghetti squash
