Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    6 oz. dry whole wheat lasagna noodles, broken into small pieces
    1 28-oz can Fratelli Chopped Italian Tomatoes, Herbs & Olive Oil
    1 Cup water
    1 Cup low fat, 1%, small curd cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions

Cook turkey in a deep skillet with onion, garlic, salt, red and black pepper until no longer pink.
Drain any grease from skillet.
Add tomatoes and 1 cup of water to turkey mixture.
Bring to boil and add broken lasagna pieces.
When mixture again begins to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until noodles are ready. (Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.)

Measure out 1-cup servings and top with 2 1/2 tablespoons of cottage cheese.

Makes approximately 6 1-cup servings.
Leftovers reheat well in microwave.
