Introduction

Ingredients

2 Cans Grabanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/4 Cup Red Onion, minced
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, minced
5 Black Olives, quartered
1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Drain and rinse two cans Garbanzo Beans.
In medium bowl combine Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Parsley, and Spices.
Add Beans, Onions, Feta, and Olives into dressing.
Let flavors meld for at least 30 minutes, and overnight is even better! : )
Makes about 6 1/2 cup servings.
