Ingredients

    3 cups Stove Top Stuffing Mix, Chicken flavor
    1.5 cups Minute Rice, Brown
    3 chicken breasts (defrosted)
    1 10.75-oz can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 15.25-oz can whole kernel corn

Directions

Defrost three frozen chicken breasts, approximately 3 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side in a 1000-watt microwave. Cut breasts into 4-6 pieces each. Combine all ingredients into a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Makes 10 generous servings.
