Introduction
I had leftover roasted pork shoulder. I love pulled pork bbq, but sometimes look for something different. This is what I threw together after looking in my pantry. Ingredients

1 lb cooked pulled pork shoulder
4 medium yukon gold potatoes, diced
1 can garbanzo beans, undrained
1 can black beans, undrained
2 cans Rotel tomatoes w/ chili
2 Tbsp habenero salsa
1 can chicken broth
8 cans water
1 Tbsp garlic w/ herbs
1 Tbsp oregano
1 Tbsp salt free spicy blend seasoning
1 tsp cumin
Directions
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours. Serving size: 1 cup. I served over 1 cup quinoa (see picture - quinoa not included in nutrition).
