Ingredients

    2 10 boxes of frozen spinach
    1 small white onion
    1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese
    1 cup cotage cheese
    4 large eggs
    1/4 cup weat germ

Directions

Make sure that the spicash is drained throughly, combine all ingredients pour into a greased 12 in casserole dish and bake on 350 for 45 minutes let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Very Good
    I really liked this, but I think I'll use more eggs and cottage cheese next time. It was pretty spinach-heavy, but then it DOES say SPINACH Cheese Bake! It reminded me of the spinach balls appetizer recipe I have made without the unnecessary butter it had. - 9/28/10
