Ingredients

    1/3 c. regular oats
    3/4 c. almond milk (unsweetened)
    2 tbsp. chia seeds
    1 small banana, smashed
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Mix ingredients together and put in fridge overnight.

In the morning go crazy with toppings! (think peanut butter, honey, shredded coconut, fruit, etc.)

    This was amazing! I'll definitely make this again!

    @TAMMYLYNN61 - you don't cook it. Although if you don't want to eat it cold (much better than you might expect!) you can microwave it in the morning.
