Ingredients

    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. red wine vinegar
    ½ tsp. sugar
    ¼ tsp. garlic & herb seasoning
    1 medium or 2 small plum tomatoes, chopped
    ½ Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    Garlic & cheese croutons

Directions

Combine oil, vinegar, sugar & seasoning. Add tomatoes & croutons. Allow to stand 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
