Ingredients

    Chicken Wings 5lb bag
    Jalapeno Peppers, pureed 1cup, sliced
    Peanut Oil 1cup
    Flour 2 cups
    Garlic 3 cloves
    Ginger 2 Tbsp
    Sambal Chili Sauce 1 Tbsp
    Rice Vinegar 1/2 cup
    Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
    Soy Sauce 1 tsp
    Peanuts, Dry Roasted 1 cup

Directions

Makes 32 1 1/2 inch Wings

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Rinse Wings
Separate Drums in one bowl Thigh and Wing another. (Dispose Drum if desired)
Glaze Wings with Peanut Oil
In Wing and Thigh bowl Mix in Pureed peppers. Proportion ingredients evenly.
Pour flour aluminum pan and dip wings to completely cover.
On a sheet pan bake wings for 30 min on each side
In a pan add together Sambal Chili Sauce, Garlic,Ginger,Rice Vinegar,Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce and bring to a boil. Reduce Sauce
When wings are complete pour sauce and sprinkle peanuts over finished wings.

Do not eat with celery and bleu cheese.
You will ruin the spirit of the Super Bowl Wing.
