Introduction

This is not really low fat but it has healthy fats. It is high in fiber and lo cal for a dessert. Topped with fat free whipped topping or whipped cream this is over the top delicious. Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 350

    4 cups of assorted apples

    Topping:
    2/3 cup of almond flour
    2 Tbsp of coconut flour
    .33 of whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp of Earth Balance
    1 Tbsp of pie spice
    1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp of water

    Put chopped apples in standard pie plate. Add flours and pie spice to medium size bowl. Cut in Earth Balance spread. Add vanilla. Then add water to achieve a crumbly texture.
    Place crumble topping on apples.

    Bake in over for 35 - 45 minutes.
