Introduction

Peppers, onions, mushrooms, with shrimp and whole wheat pasta! Peppers, onions, mushrooms, with shrimp and whole wheat pasta!

Ingredients

    1lb Shrimp, raw
    1C ea, Red and Yellow Pepper, chopped
    1/4 Red Onion, chopped
    1C Mushrooms
    1Tbsp Zesty Italian Dressing
    1Tbsp Spicey Seasoning
    1lb Whole Wheat Pasta

Directions

Cook pasta as directed.
Marinate the shrimp with Italian dressing and seasoning for at least 30min.
Heat Olive Oil in skillet, add peppers, onion, mushrooms and cook untill onions are translucent. About 5min
Add shrimp, discard remaining marinade, cook until opaue throughout.
Serve with pasta
