Ingredients

    1/2 cup Almonds (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
    1/4-1/2 cup minced onion
pinch of salt, garlic powder and celery season
Parsley (dry or fresh) to taste.

Directions

SOAK 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (suppose you could sub any type of nut) OVERNIGHT in mason jar in water with lid. (it makes it easier to blend).
Drain nuts and give a good rinse. Put nuts in food processor with a little water for easier mixing. Blend until almost a paste like (it will look like tuna pate)
Put in bowl and add onions, salt, garlic and celery seasons, fold in with parsley.

Makes 21-22 full table spoon fulls. 1 tbl is considered a serving size. I usually have about 3 at a time as it is VERY filling.

Great in spring rolls wraps with veggies or as a dip with veggies.
check out jennifer on youtube, she has great raw food ideas.

    Incredible!
I made this today using Jennifer Cornbleet's Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 People book. I brought it to a Labor Day BBQ, with the Crudite (colorful mix of sliced veggies) from the same book. People who tried it all said it was delicious. It was my first time making this! So easy & totally delish! - 9/6/11
