Ingredients

    1/2 tablespoon canola oil
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 TBS brown sugar
    Egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg, or 2 egg whites
    1 +1/2 cups uncooked rolled oats
    1 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup skim milk

Directions

Serves 4
In a good-sized bowl, stir together oil, applesauce, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and milk. Mix well. Spray a 9-by-9 baking pan generously with cooking spray. Spoon oatmeal mixture into pan. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 20 to 30 minutes. [Check your baking time as this recipe was cut in half. Full amount was for 30".]
