Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Package of Ground Turkey
    1 Cup of Breadcrumbs with Italian Seasoning
    1 cup of chopped spinach (Fresh, frozen or canned)
    1.5 cloves of garlic
    2 teaspoons of olive oil

Directions

Puree the spinach
Combine all ingredients in medium size bowl (excluding the olive oil)
Form meatballs using hands
Heat Olive Oil in sauce pan on medium heat
Brown meatballs in saucepan
Makes 24-26 meatballs
