Ingredients

7 ounces rolled oats
2 ounces cocoa powder
10 ounces pitted sweet cherries (fresh or frozen)
10 ounces ripe banana chunks
6 ounces pitted dates
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray 8x8 pan with non-stick spray.
Combine oats and cocoa in small bowl.
Thaw cherries if frozen, then put them in a blender and blend. Add banana chunks and continue to blend. Through opening in blender lid, drop in dates one at a time while blender is running. Blend until smooth.
Pour blended fruit into a large bowl. Add in oats/cocoa mix and stir until evenly mixed.
Spread evenly into prepared pan.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto counter or other cutting surface. Let cool for ten addition minutes before cutting in to 16 even pieces.
