Introduction
This cake is great for parties or birthday celebrations, it looks and taste good. You just need a small portion to enjoy it! This cake is great for parties or birthday celebrations, it looks and taste good. You just need a small portion to enjoy it!Number of Servings: 20
Ingredients

150g of soft unsalted butter
150g of sugar
4 eggs
50g of white flour
1 dash of salt (very small)
200g of 70% cocoa chocolate, melted
Directions
1. Mix the soft butter, sugar & pinch of salt.
2. Add the melted chocolate while mixing, then the yolks one by one, and then add the flour.
3. Wisp the whites, add a pinch of salt. Add it to the chocolate mixture in 3 times.
4. Get a round or square baking tray, pour the mixture and put it in an 160 degrees oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
5. Get the cake out of the baking tray while still warm.
Optional:
6. Recover the cake of melted dark chocolate (150g) for a professional look.
