Introduction

I have this as a side dish or put in pita pockets for a sandwich. I have this as a side dish or put in pita pockets for a sandwich.

Ingredients

    Cucumber (peeled), 2 medium
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 10 cherry
    Kraft Light Cucumber Ranch, 6 tbsp
    Red Onion 2 thin slices
    Kroger Frozen Green Peas 3 Cups
    Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Peel cucumber. Cut into slices and then into quarters. Place in bowl.
Thaw peas. Add to bowl.
Dice red onion and add to bowl.
Add salad dressing to bowl and mix.
Cut tomatoes into quarters. Add to bowl and mix gently.

Makes 6 1-cup servings.
