Introduction

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1-8 oz. pkg. light cream cheese
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple
5 med. bananas, sliced
12 oz. Light Cool Whip
Options: chopped pecans, walnuts, maraschino cherries, chocolate syrup
Directions
Melt half cup butter, stir in sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Press into 9x13 pan.
Whip light cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Spread over graham cracker crumb crust.
Slightly drain pineapple then spoon over cream cheese mixture, spread evenly. Slice bananas evenly over pineapple. "Frost" with light Cool Whip.
If you like, you can garnish with chopped nuts and maraschino cherries (not included in calorie calculations) and drizzle with a little chocolate syrup.
Makes 16 servings.
