Ingredients

    2 stalks of fresh broccoli
    1 small sized fresh pineapple
    1 whole green bell pepper & 1 whole yellow bell pepper
    1.5 purple onions
    & stir fry sauce...I used Kikkoman's (This specific stir fry sauce did not have any animal product in it, other sauces i saw on the shelf had either chicken broth or chicken fat in them)
    and you can use white rice to put your stir fry over.

Directions

I combined all the ingredients in a frying pan.
