Ingredients

    cooking nonstick spray
    foil
    6 oz fresh haddock
    2 tsp Light Italian Drsg (I used Hannaford)
    1/16 cup 4C Whole Wheat Seasoned Breadcrumbs
    1/16 cup Grated Parm Cheese ( I used Hannaford)
    2 tsp garlic salt
    1 tsp dried basil

Directions

- take a peice of foil long enough to wrap the fish in
-lay it flat, and make it well with the nonstick spray
-in a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic salt, parmesan cheese, and basil.
-lay fish on the foil
-spread italian dressing over fish well
-sprinkle breadcrumb mix over the fish
-roll the ends and sides of foil so that it makes a pouch and is sealed all the way around.
-place on cookie sheet and place in oven

makes one svg, cook @ 350 degrees for about 30 mins more or less, depends on the thickness of the fish. thinner less time and thicker more time.

    Very Good
    I made this tonight but used panko breadcrumbs. I'm a little shocked by the listed sodium content, but have to assume it's a mistake in one of the ingredient information. I made mine with baja fish and it was delicious. - 5/6/13
