Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can (400gr) canned tomatoes
    1 can (140gr) tomato paste
    1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
    1 cup mixed veggies (Fijne groentemix Bofrost)
    1/2 cup soup veggies
    1/2 cup sliced carrots
    1 Knorr reduced sodium bouillon cube
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest chipoltle seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pinch of splenda granulated (sweetener)

Directions

Add everything to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat slightly and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until vegetables are fairly soft.

Serve.
