Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    3 Tbsps Applesauce (can use unsweetened will lower calculation) ( I only had original on hand at the time)
    1/3 cup 1/2% milk
    1 large egg
    1 1/4 cup bananas mashed (3 or 4 medium)

Directions

Bake in cupcake papers
350* oven for 20 minutes


Makes 24 muffins or one 9 inch loaf
