Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    4 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch
    3 t seasoning salt, to taste
    2 t pepper, to taste
    2 large onions, cut in strips
    1 cup water

Directions

1. Rub chops with seasoning salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil over medium heat. Brown chops both sides. Add onions and water to the pan. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
3. Turn chops, add seasoning salt and pepper(to taste). Cover, cook 10 minutes more, until water evaporates and onions start to brown. Broth with be like a thin gravy.
