Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 600 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 medium
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 can chopped
    *Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (98% fat free), 1 can
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *White Rice, medium grain
    *1 Soup can water

Directions

Brown meat, onions and celery. Scald rice in boiling water for 10 minutes; rinse in cold water. Combine with meat mixture, add soups and water. Seems watery but will thicken as it bakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

    The only down side I found with this is it didn't tell us how much rice to use. I used 1 1/4C uncooked and it worked out great. I'll have to re-track the info,but that's ok:)

    I added green peppers to the dish and used ground turkey instead of beef!
