Ingredients

    4 bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch coins
    1/2 C butter, melted, divided
    1/2 C brown sugar, unpacked
    1/4 C walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp cinnamon
    6 eggs
    1/2 C flour
    1/2 C whole wheat flour
    1/4 C wheat bran (opt)
    1 C milk
    3 Tbs sugar

Directions

Combine bananas, 1/4 C butter, brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon and mix until bananas are evenly coated. Spoon into lightly greased 9X13 baking pan and set aside. Combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar and remaining butter; blend until smooth and spread over banana mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: This also works great in single-serving ramekins.
