Ingredients

1/4 lb. bacon
2 c fresh asparagus, cut into 1" pieces
1.5 c celery, cut into 1" pieces
3 eggs
2 c steamed brown rice
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tsp bacon grease
Directions
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp, drain bacon & reserve grease. Remove bacon onto papertowel to absorb extra grease. Add asparagus & celery to skillet using a bit of reserve bacon grease to saute' on medium heat. Break & scramble eggs in small bowl and add to skillet, stirring constantly until egg is firm and scrambled. Add liquids mix completely (about 5-10 seconds) to add a blast of steam to veggies and them immediately stir in the rice. Stir in gr. ginger, onion powder & garlic powders to taste. Chop up fried bacon into crumbles and stir in prior to serving, or sprinkle on top for garnish.
