Ingredients

    2T vegetable oil
    1 head Napa cabbage, sliced thin
    1 large onion diced
    2 medium apples, peeled, sliced thinly
    2 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced thinly
    3T sugar
    3T white vinegar
    14oz Turkey Kielbasa, sliced thinly

Directions

Add oil, onion, cabbage to large pot. Cook until cabbage is wilted
Add 2T water, apples, potatos, salt & pepper to taste. Cook about 15 minutes
Add kielbasa, cook 10 minutes
Add sugar and vinegar, cook 5-10 minutes.

Makes 7 servings.
