Ingredients

    4 skinless chicken thighs
    3 tbsp Sharwood's Tandoori Spice
    3 tbsp non fat plain Greek yogurt
    3 tbsp canola oil
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp mirin or any other white vinegar

Directions

Mix spice, yogurt, oil, lemon juice and vinegar and add to chicken thighs in a zip lock bag to marinate for 2 hours (or overnight)

Grill over medium low heat for 10 - 15 min per side.
