Introduction

I LOVE Blue Cheese Dressing... but I hate all the fat and calories!! This is a great alternative, that doesn't have any ofther "filler" stuff other "light" dressings from the grocery store have, like High Fructose Corn Syrup. Great as a dressing, a dip, or a spread. Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
    1/2 cup fat free half and half
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    1 teaspon seasoning salt
    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/2 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

Put all of the ingredients into your food processor or blender, and let it blend until smooth and creamy!

Makes 16 2 TBSP servings.
