Introduction

My husband makes this chicken salad once in a while and it is delicious. My husband makes this chicken salad once in a while and it is delicious.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces
    Light Sour Cream, 1/3 cup
    Light Mayonnaise, 1/4 cup
    Apple, large
    Celery, 1 stalk
    Tarragon, 1 sprig
    salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked through, then cool to room temp. Chop chicken breasts, celery, tarragon and apple. Combine these and all remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper are to taste.
Chill and serve. Makes approx. 15 .5 cup servings.
