Introduction

Just a twist to add more flavor to the original Tuna Noodle Recipe. I am not a big fish, even tuna, fan but I will eat this still. Just a twist to add more flavor to the original Tuna Noodle Recipe. I am not a big fish, even tuna, fan but I will eat this still.

Ingredients

2 - 10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
2 - 5 oz Cans Chunk Light Tuna in Water
1 - 14.5 oz Can Great Value Vegetable Medley
2 - Stalks Celery (Can also use celery seasoning)
1 - 12 oz Bag of Gia Russa Extra Wide Egg Noodles Enriched

Directions

Cook the Noodles, after draining add the drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, and the vegetable medley and mix well. I use one of the empty cream of mushroom soup cans to add milk, I fill it the whole way and them mix them all together.

Add about a teaspoon of vegetable or olive oil to a small skillet and put in diced celery, cook until tender then add to the rest of the dinner. I wouldnt recommend just tipping it over into the pot because then you get the oil in the meal as well.

This recipe probably makes more than 9 Servings, But I made it so it is 9 1-cup servings.

You can also substitue for low fat products and whole wheat/grain. This is just what I had sitting around the house!
