Leeks, 1 leek (remove)
Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Rosemary, dried, .5 tbsp (remove)
Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)

Directions
chop apples, garlic, onion, leek, & celery
butterfly 3x 1/4 pound chops to create 6x 1/8 pound chops
Add half of chopped veg/apple mix to crockpot
add all chops in one layer
Add remaining veg/apple mix
mix TJ's savory broth flavor with 1.5 cups sherry
pour over everything in crockpot
add 1/2 cup water
Add all seasonings
Cook on High for 5-5.5 hours
remove chops
puree veg/apples & liquid to make a gravy
reduce on stove top using cornstarch
add chops to re-heat
makes 4 servings
