Ingredients

    12 oz pork tenderloin, sliced into rounds
    1 tsp sage
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp olive oil

    3 medium granny smith apples, sliced
    1 Tbsp coconut oil
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp brown sugar

Directions

Heat skillet with olive oil. Add pork and sprinkle with half of seasonings. Cook 5 minutes, and turn. Sprinkle with remainder of seasoning.

In a separate pan, heat coconut oil. Add apples and spices. Cook until apples are soft. Pour over pork and serve.
