    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp -

    Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, 0.25 cup-
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving-
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup-
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook-

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix potato flakes, garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
Dredge chicken in egg and coat with potato flake mixture.
Drizzle melted butter over chicken and bake for 45 minutes.
