Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Red Potato, 5 pound bag boiled and cubed
    Celery, 4 stalks diced
    4 Hard boiled eggs chopped
    1 Medium white onion finely chopped
    1 Bundle of Raddish, sliced or chopped
    8 Tbspn of Miracle Whip (maybe use lite miracle whip)
    Salt & Pepper to taste (approximately 2 tspn each)

Directions

Makes 10 - 12 servings

Wash potatoes and then boil with skin on for approx 20 minutes. Check them to make sure that they are not too soft. After they are done, then peel them and cut into bite size pieces.

At the same time boil your eggs in a different pot. When they are done chop to your liking.

Meanwhile, chop celery, onion, and raddish.

Once potatoes are peeled and cut, add eggs, celery, onion, and raddish. Stir in Miracle Whip and season with salt & pepper to tasted.

It tastes better chilled.
