    Carrots
    Raisins
    Almonds
    Pineapple
    Mayonaise

Directions

3 servings @ 1/2 cup ea.
Grate about 2 carrots on the fine part of grater
add 1 oz. of raisins
chop 5 almonds pretty small albout 1/8 inch
add !/2 cup crushed pinapple
add 3 Tbls. Mayonaise (this can be changed to suit you)
